raising strength characteristics and endurance.
They work on crane and trolley railway tracks. They differ by form of rim and by quantity of ribs (side lugs).
Cargo crane barrels serve for winding of hauling rope of crane mechanisms.
They are made of high-quality steel centrifugal casting of diameter from 300 up to 730 mm.
Hook assemblies of cranes differ by lifting (it depends on mode of operation of loading mechanisms), quantity and disposition of blocks.
Crane cargo assemblies with parallel shank are made by the method of heat punching or by smith forging with the following mechanical working of shank and they are used on cranes of all types, hoists, blocks as hauling device.
Material blanks for crane blocks are made by the method of smith forging or casting with the following mechanical operation of work surfaces. The sizes of contour of block groove for steel rope are chosen from condition of maximally possible touch area of rope with groove.
Brake pulleys are used together with block brakes and as a rule they are installed between motor shaft and input shaft of reducer or on the reverse side of input shaft of reducer. They are made from steel 45 of General Standards (GS) 1050-88 they obligatory have heat processing.
Tooth clutches are oriented for joining of coaxial horizontal shafts with angular, radial and axial deflection in transmission of torsion moment from 0,71 up to 250 kN*m.

Block crane electrohydraulic brakes of normally closed type (BBH) are oriented for stopping and holding of shafts of lifting-and-shifting machine in slow state with inoperative gear.
Block crane brake consists of mechanical part and electrohydraulic gear. Brakes are put in vertical position (with horizontal disposition of axle of brake pulley) on mechanisms working in firesafe and explosion-proof environment.
Crane panels are used for control of electric motors of hoisting mechanisms or for movement of bridge and gantry cranes.
Crane panels support the activation, reversing, braking, speed control of electric motors and also maximal, zero and final protection of electric drive.
Crane panels of control are produced in open implementation and they are vertical installed frame which has switching units, panels or blocks with equipment.
There is an own production of cabins on the plant. The cabins are completed with ergonomic chair-panels, industrial air-conditioners as for domestic and as for outside manufacturers by the client’s request.
The cabin construction allows making window cleaning as inside and as outside. Light areas of cabin are made of safety glass. There can be made a hatch in the cabin for exit to the service area by the client’s request.
Reducers of special crane are used for change of torsion moments and rotation frequency.
Reducers are used for work in rotary-short-time duty that is in changing loads with inaction periods; it is accepted their long work with constant load; they work in load of one direction and reversible providing rotation of shafts to any side with rotation frequency of input shaft not more than 1500 min-1 and rim speed not more than 12 m/sec in atmosphere of 1nad 2 types by General Standards (GS) 15150-69 in dust level not more than 10 mg/m3.
